Financial Stewardship: Manage the restaurant’s financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards. Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold rigorous service and culinary standards, conducting regular evaluations to ensure consistency and excellence in all offerings. Guest Relations: Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels. Staff Recruitment and Development: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and create ongoing development programs to empower employees and promote career growth. Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with the culinary team to design and execute seasonal menus, ensuring a seamless connection between food and service that reflects the restaurant’s vision. Ambiance and Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant's environment is always immaculate and inviting, from décor and lighting to table settings, contributing to an elegant dining atmosphere. Innovative Marketing: Partner with marketing teams to create engaging promotions and events that enhance the restaurant's brand and attract a diverse clientele. Qualifications: Extensive Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a management role within a fine dining establishment, demonstrating a track record of success in leading high-performing teams. Proven Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire and develop a diverse team, with experience managing 25 or more employees in a fast-paced environment. Expert Knowledge of Fine Dining Operations: Deep understanding of service techniques, dining room management, and the nuances of creating a premier guest experience. Culinary Insight: Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including expertise in wine and spirits, to enhance guest interactions and service quality. Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial management, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control, with a proven ability to drive profitability while maintaining quality standards. Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve performance goals, with experience developing and executing operational strategies in alignment with business objectives. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with guests and staff at all levels, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive team culture.
