Experienced Line Cook

We are a family-owned restaurant with a reputation for crafting high-quality, delicious pizzas. We're seeking an experienced, detail oriented, and RELIABLE Line Cook to become a key member of our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pastas/apps according to our recipes and customers' specific requests

Operate and maintain ovens/lowboys, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and timings

Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist in prep work, including chopping vegetables, cooking meats, grating cheese, and prepping pastas

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

At least 5 year of experience as a line cook

Knowledge of various cooking techniques

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Food handler's certification is a plus

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
