Job Title: Lead Line Cook

Compensation: $22-$24 per hour, based on experience

Employment type: Full Time

We are seeking a full-time lead line cook for a busy Williamsburg Restaurant that is well known for our pizza. We are located 10 minutes from both the L and the J/M lines.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years experience working in a similar restaurant role. We are seeking an individual that is energetic, level headed, self-sufficient, and organized. Must have flexible availability and weekends are a must.

Food Handlers Certification is preferred.

Complete station inventories and checklists for weekly orders

Be able to safely operate and clean all kitchen equipment

Ensure compliance with the local health department and other regulations

Strong multitasking skills and problem-solving abilities
