kitchen manager/lead line cook position

Looking for an organized, experienced individual to lead the line in service and oversee food pars and quality. This is an hourly position to start, with the potential to move to salary with the right person.
A good opportunity for a line cook ready to start learning the skills required for moving up in a kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
-Expedite
-work the line for daily service
-act as a leader in the kitchen
-maintain food pars and quality in accordance with fluctuating sales
-report and troubleshoot issues with executive chef
Must be a team player with a flexible schedule. Position will be mainly 5 days a week.
Salary $21-$23 based on experience
