Line Cook Position

Line Cook (Full-Time) – Local, Seasonal American Cuisine

We are a neighborhood restaurant in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, specializing in local, seasonal American cuisine, and we are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. If you have a passion for fresh, local ingredients and want to be part of a creative kitchen team, we’d love to meet you!

Position: Line Cook

Location: Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

Schedule: Approximately 5 shifts per week (mix of day and night shifts)

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook (preferred)

Passion for seasonal, American cuisine

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Some English required

Reliable and punctual, with a team-oriented attitude

Available for a mix of day and night shifts
