Busy Bar Seeking Assistant General Manager

We are seeking someone with bartending and bar managerial experience to assist our General Manager. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY A MUST. Duties will include helping bar staff set up the bar for service, floor management throughout service and batching cocktails if needed. You should be able to help out behind the bar, be well versed in all manner of Tiki cocktails and be comfortable interacting with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner, and be able to do so in a busy environment often until 4am. We're looking for someone to fill this position immediately and if interested and capable, your role (and pay) may expand/increase.
