Hiring line cooks for a new restaurant

Fossetta in the LES is a natural wine bar and restaurant focused on Italian food and wine, but with influences from all over the Mediterranean.

We are currently looking for a full-time dinner line cook. Experience is required. All cooks will be expected to work as part of a team.

This is a good opportunity to work for industry pros and chefs with decades of high profile NYC restaurant experience.
