Hiring Line Cooks for New Restaurant / Buscamos Cocineros

We are looking for 2 cooks to help us open a new restaurant in the East Village. The start date will be July 15th.

The restaurant is a NY Bistro - panisses, leeks vinaigrette, stuffed calamari, ratatouille, burgers, and roasted vinegar chicken are a few of the dishes that we will be serving.

We have a spacious, well equipped kitchen with some great natural light. As chef, I'm hoping to create an enjoyable, clean, respectful and fun working environment.
