We're currently looking for dedicated Supervisors and Managers to lead our team and contribute to our cafe's success. Supervisors assist managers in their roles, and together with the managers are accountable for the success of their stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Take charge of the cafe, leading by example, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere to set the tone for each shift.

Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, from greeting guests to ensuring timely and high-standard drink and food preparation. Handle customer feedback with prompt and professional resolution.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations including order placements, inventory checks, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

Sales & Promotion: Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and ensuring staff are knowledgeable about menu items and promotions.

Team Coordination: Manage scheduling and task delegation. Ensure effective communication within the team and adherence to uniform standards.

Reporting & Compliance: Conduct regular reporting on sales, inventory, and staff performance. Ensure proper cash handling

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.

Food Handlers Certification from the NYC DoH

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and challenges with a positive attitude.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety practices.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

Managers: $20-21 / hourly dependent on experience

Supervisors: $18-19 / hourly, depending on experience
