Front of House Manager - Busy Restaurant near Brookfield Place

Friedman’s has multiple openings within our management team. We are looking for driven, warm, passionate restaurantures to help guide our teams.

You are: An experienced restauranteur looking to join a respectful well established team. Someone who works well under the pressure of a high volume restaurant and realizes the importance of teamwork. Organized and efficient, you are goal oriented with excellent time management skills.

Job Description:

- Help with training servers, bartenders, bussers and runners.

- Work with our team on steps of service and attention to detail when on the floor

- Assist with greeting guests, phones, deliveries and take out orders

- FOH Scheduling

- Beverage ordering

- Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant

- Ensuring all side-work is completed amongst FOH Staff.

- Opening & Closing the restaurant

This position will consist of training and working with our FOH staff. Working the dining room floor is also an important aspect of the job, as this is a neighborhood with lots of regulars.
