This individual will oversee internal processes and organization related to sustainability reporting, focusing on preparing for EU CSRD compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day tasks to deliver the necessary Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data for Tradeweb’s reporting obligations, with strategic direction provided by the Global Head of Sustainability. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on Tradeweb's success. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular presence in our New York City office 2-3 days per week.Job Responsibilities
Comprehensive understanding of various jurisdictional requirements, specifically the EU CSRD
Overseeing data disclosure gap analysis, monitoring the evolving and expanding ESG-related regulation landscape across all Tradeweb operational jurisdictions
Leading efforts around data structure management for all external reporting including new CSRD requirements, working across teams to implement processes and timelines for data collection, metric calculation, and data organization
Determining appropriate disclosure venue for each reporting requirement and organization of disclosure data, accordingly
Responsible for preparing ESG Rating questionnaires for review prior to submission (across 7 external assessment providers)
Creation and implementation of internal controls for all ESG-related data points and methodology documentation for collection, calculation and use for each data point reported externally
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in sustainability reporting
B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or other related area
Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple project timelines at once
Superior organizational skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to be self-motivated, and lead in a project-management capacity
Ability to collaborate and work across various internal teams, liaising with employees at all title levels
Collaborative in nature, a team player
Dedicated to excellence in work output and detail oriented
Excellent Microsoft office skills with VBA/Macros a plus
Tableau/Alteryx/AI/Chat GPT skills a plus

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $240,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
