New York, New york city 00000 New york city USAJoin a company that provides you with a platform to achieve amazing things.As Project Management and Strategy Vice President in the Consumer and Business Intelligence line of business,you will be part of a team of former consultants, economists, data scientists, and product leads that monitors, coordinates, and develops a holistic view of the financial well-being of consumers and businesses through the lens of JPMC and third-party data.You will focus on curating meaningful insights which highlight how changes in the financial health of consumers and businesses impact the firm's clients and the economy.You will focus on maintaining the team's book of work - engaging with both internal and external clients, identifying areas of opportunity and collaboration, scoping and planning engagements, and leading the team in executing. The scope of engagements includes (but is not limited to) delivering new insights products for internal and external clients, collaborating with other teams on research efforts, and executing strategic partnershipsJob Responsibilities
Develop understanding of the priorities and capabilities of the Consumer and Business Intelligence group and use these to scope strategic projects
Strategic thinker to prioritize team's efforts - managing both intake of requests from our internal and external clients, and our own team priorities
Serve as a thought partner to the Head of Strategy, Consumer and Business Intelligence, and the Head of Consumer and Business Intelligence
Execute strategic projects end-to-end (in collaboration with subject matter experts)
Facilitate research efforts as they relate to the health of consumers and businesses across the organization
Collaborate with teams across LOBs and functional areas (e.g., data science, finance, legal, data use, product, technology, marketing) to help the group meet its objectives
Create Operating Committee-level executive communications
Support team's controls creation and management
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, startups (FinTechs), finance, or similar roles
Bachelor's degree required.
Strategic thinker with talent for translating complex ideas into simple concepts
Exhibits leadership and owner mindset when working with multiple cross-functional teams and across levels of management on simultaneous projects
Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands; versatile and action-oriented
Ability to create structured / logical presentations and clearly communicate key messages using appealing displays and graphics
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new subjects quickly
Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style
Preferred Qualifications, skills and capabilities
Financial services or economics background preferred.
