Product Manager

Job duties: Directly manage a team of Product Management employees, including Team Leaders, Analysts and Specialists. Delegate activities, responsibilities, and authorities as necessary and desirable to subordinates. Review and recommend appointments, advancement, and termination of personnel under his supervision. Monitor the performance of all members of the team. Play an active and critical role in mentoring individuals under supervision and contributing to their professional development. Assemble one-off, bespoke project teams of high-caliber, diverse analysts (in content expertise, geography, and personal attributes) to work together to produce valuable content that seeks to answer specific BNEF questions. Identify a cross-sectoral team of relevantly skilled and specialized analysts and lead them through the project. Give keynote presentations at regional summits as well as specific BNEF-led events to showcase the projects.Job requirements: Position requires a Doctorate degree or the foreign equivalent in Environmental Science, Physics, or related and one (1) year of experience in job offered, Environmental Analyst, or related. Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following skills: Project management; People management; Presenting at conferences and to clients (corporate and government) on the topic of power, gas, carbon markets, energy transition and ESG; Energy transitioning expertise; VBA and Excel; and, Data analysis.Domestic and international travel required 25% of the time.Minimum Salary: 220500
