As a department, we are united by a common goal: We create meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional end-to-end support from sales and implementation, through their ongoing relationship with Bloomberg.Our TeamBloomberg’s Enterprise Technology team is responsible for ensuring clients can robustly connect, integrate and develop with Bloomberg’s capabilities to establish & ensure the flow of business critical data.We are seeking a strong, senior-level Technical Product Manager to join the New York team.What's the role?As a Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, feature roadmap, prioritization, effective execution and go-to-market of client-facing Enterprise experiences within the Enterprise Technology domain.We’ll trust you to have the following skills:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, objectives and customer needs
Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
Prioritize product features and requirements backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readiness
Oversee product improvements all the way through the delivery process and continue to look for improvements to product features already released
Guide and work with Engineering to design solutions and features, while prioritizing those to drive the most return on investment and ensure sustainable success.
Collaborate with broader product lines to ensure cross-product coherence throughout the product lifecycle.
Actively seek external & internal customer and market input to drive product innovation and enhance product offerings
Collaborate with the Implementation, Sales and Account management teams to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, track user adoption, and identify areas for improvement
You'll need to have:
5+ years in a Technical Product Management role
Experience in collaborating with UX and Engineering teams producing Web User Interfaces.
Strong technical understanding of System Architectures, Programming Interfaces, Event Stream Processing and industry connectivity protocols such as FIX, HTTP, MQ, SFTP and SWIFT.
Ability to assess business processes, perform data analysis and succinctly communicate insights.
Experience working in a Lean/Agile Product Development environment
A background in Capital markets and Financial technology
