New York, New york city 00000 New york city USAJob Summary:Title: Executive Assistant to EVP, TV & FilmLocation: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)The Role:Roc Nation is looking for a high caliber candidate for an Executive Assistant role for the TV & Film department head. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, with strong verbal/written communication skills, and able to manage projects. Ideally this candidate also has experience working with talent, casting, scripted or unscripted content. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be willing to handle both administrative responsibilities as well as more mundane tasks, such as submitting expenses, coordinating meals, other basic administrative duties & work. Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings
Gatekeeping as the first point of contact with incoming calls and all other inquiries for TV and Film
Answer and transfer incoming calls, manage conference calls and zoom coordination
Coordinate travel arrangements while working with internal travel agency
Settle monthly expenses for reimbursement in a timely manner
Keeping the executive on schedule and organized
Researching and producing material for the executive in advance of meetings and presentations
Write script coverage and give project notes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant (agency, management company, or production company preferred)
Proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Proficiency with Google Suite
Ideal candidate must present a professional and diligent image, excellent verbal and written skills, and be both hard-working and very detail-oriented
Candidate must also be a self-motivated individual, quick on their toes, and show initiative to go the extra mile
Knowledge of the entertainment & film industry
Experienced coordinating group meetings and high level zooms
Proficient communication skills
Proficient multi-tasking skills
‘No job too big or too small’ mentality
COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot are a mandatory requirement for this position.

The expected compensation for this position is: $75,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
