The intern will receive first-hand experience in database management, metrics development and evaluation, and dashboard design and implementation. The intern will have theopportunity to network with other interns and program teams to build their problem solving and collaboration capabilities. The intern will have the opportunity to identify an area of need anddesign a project that furthers their interests.RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform data cleaning steps on large datasets. Monitor data consistency issues, such as duplicate records, and communicate theseissues to their supervisor. Perform monthly refreshes on existing Power BI reports. Respond to requests for data from program teams as appropriate. Perform data analysis techniques using DAX, including calculating measures andperforming joins. Build new Power BI reports that reflect program needs when needed. Design, build, and implement an intern-led project in the field of data analysis andvisualization.LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

REQUIREMENTS: A current graduate student (or having graduated within twelve months of the internshipstart date) in data science, business analytics, information systems, or a related degree. At least one year of full-time professional experience (internship experience included) indata analysis, visualization, or a related field. Passion for humanitarian or social impact work.
