Working with statistical analysis and modeling, natural language processing, and data analysis workflows, and data visualization tools;

Interpreting problems, synthesizing analysis, and developing management presentation and presenting information in a way that is understandable to a non-technical stakeholder(s);

Working experience with banking products and services (e.g., deposit and loan portfolio management, underwriting, pricing, collection and servicing);

Identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, developing requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;

Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry and technical matters, utilizing ability in problem-solving;

Leading teams to identify and assess risks and/or opportunities for improvement in banking processes;

Identifying or designing business processes and technology controls as a subject matter specialist;

Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks;

Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;

Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services;

Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements; and,

Preparing documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
