8+ years of field marketing and account-based marketing experience working in a B2B business within the technology industry

In-depth understanding of alliance partnerships and the ability to develop and execute joint marketing strategies

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Proven track-record in delivering ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs that contributed to customer relationship, company reputation, and increased revenue opportunities alignment with your organizations business objectives.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, up to and including C-suite executives in both technology and business disciplines.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Experience in ABM, market-level marketing, and or working for leading organizations in the High Tech industry

Analyzing thorough market research to understand the needs and challenges of customers, while highlighting Kyndryl's value proposition.

Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices related to markets served, including the High Tech industry

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California: $128,400 to $266,040Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880New York City: $140,040 to $266,040Washington: $128,400 to $243,960This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
