What you will do-

Owns the raw material long-term strategy for our Endoscopy & Sports Medicine business unit and all plants within our network

Drives safety stock business reviews on a regular cadence (for both RM and FG) which includes running the analysis for safety stocks, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders on the safety stock levels, and implementing the safety stocks

Creates processes to audit raw material lead times on a consistent basis, as well as update these when data isn't correct

Monitors other key attributes for raw materials across all sites to ensure optimal data integrity in our ERP

Reviews key raw material KPI's with our Global Procurement Center on a regular cadence, as well as being the voice of driving actions needed to improve raw material procurement based on these reviews (ex: SPA Mix for Raw Materials, Delivery Promptness, etc.)

Utilizes the following programs: Microsoft suite, SAP IBP, Oracle, Agile, Power BI

What you need-

Bachelor's degree - required

4+ years of supply chain experience - required

APICS experience - highly preferred

Experience in medical device - preferred

$75,300.00 - $156,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.About StrykerOur benefits:
