Experienced Lic. Architect To Work Remote Start Immed

NY CT & NJ Architects needed For Outdoor Living Specialty Builder.

Work with our in house project development team typical on one or more projects per week based on what you can handle. Attention to detail and zoning knowledge are key skills for this position.

This is a great side job, consistent with relatively quick turn around once you have learned our system. We upload all relevant documents including 3D design to our server for you to access. You will draft the project and send the PDF preliminary drawing for remarks. Finished drawing will be printed by us and fedex to you to be stamped by you. We will send you all relevant details to add to drawings. Must Be Licenced in NY CT or NJ

Payment is fixed fee per job.

5 + year experience in residential construction

Well versed in residential structural codes especially for Decks

Proficiency in AutoCAD required.

Experience drafting construction documents preferred

Must be able to produce accurate work

Must have the ability to deliver projects on schedule

Must have good communication skills

Must be available during normal business hours
