Intermediate Architect/Revit Designer

TONAB Architecture is currently looking for an Intermediate Architect / Revit Designer to work with our New York City team.

We are looking for a Revit Designer with experience with Construction Documents executed in REVIT.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a design team working on interesting, large, complex projects.

Work can start immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should have the following:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

· Minimum 5 years of work experience.

· Knowledge and experience in the preparation of construction drawings sets, design detailing,

and coordination of building materials and assemblies.

· Ability to communicate efficiently and work in a team environment.

· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with REVIT and BIM 360.

· Proficient in Autocad skills, Bluebeam a plus.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· LEED Accreditation a plus
