At Eye Level Learning Center, we provide initial training, student lesson plans and the curriculum. This allows teachers to do what they love to do TEACH!
Our approach is based on the belief that every student has a unique learning style and pace. We tailor our instruction to meet each student's individual needs, focusing on building foundational skills in Math, English, and critical thinking. At Eye Level, we emphasize self-directed learning by fostering confidence and independence in students.
Our programs are designed to help students develop problem-solving abilities, boost academic performance, and gain the confidence needed to succeed in school and beyond. We work closely with both students and parents, creating a collaborative learning environment where progress is consistently monitored, and achievements are celebrated. With a focus on small group settings, students receive the personalized attention they need to thrive.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator who is eager to work alongside children while also taking on leadership responsibilities within our center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance in the education field while working closely with staff, parents, and students.
Qualifications: Must be enrolled in or have graduated from an education program. Strong proficiency in both English and Math, particularly in Math. Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 8th Grade SHSAT and TACHS prep experience is a plus as is being a Certified Teacher. Early Childhood Specialty is also a big plus! Also great for and education undergrad and graduate level student looking for s way to tremendously grow their experience level and perfect their craft with a cutting edge portogram and curriculum!

Responsibilities:
-Ensure that some students are picked up from local schools on time (when applicable).
-Ensure the center is fully stocked with necessary supplies and help manage inventory.
-Assess and help register new students and maintain student progress records.
-Build positive relationships with parents and students.
-Grade and log student materials and assignments.
-Work with students, assist them with homework, and ensure they are prepared for the next day.
Work Schedule:
Must be able to work on days ranging from Monday through Friday and possibly Saturdays.
-Must be able to arrive between 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. to set up for the day.
Some Staff comes in at 2:00 p.m., and some students start arriving at 2:30 p.m. - 3:00pm
Shifts typically end between 6:00pm and 7:00 p.m., depending on the day. Saturdays are typically 10-2pm.
