Accounting Assistant, Part Time Position

Frames Bowling Lounge located in midtown Manhattan, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to serve as a Part Time Accounting Assistant to provide general support for the Accounting Manager. Hours are 15 hours/week (more during our busy season).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data entry

Track and audit petty cash

Prepare and coordinate deposit activities

Perform filing

Other duties as assigned on an as needed basis

Qualifications:

Accounting degree preferred, but not required.

Excellent computer skills (Excel);

Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and enthusiastic;

Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasks;

Ability to work independently or as a team member;
