Part-time Office Assistant (Landscape Company)
New York, Long island 00000 Long island USAAre you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in office administration? We are a full-service design, build, maintenance, and tree moving landscape company based in Southampton, NY. We are seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in early 2025 to work with our Office Manager and provide support for all aspects of the business office operations.
Position Details:
Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time, several days per week
Working Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-person (not remote or open to remote work)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office administration tasks
Manage documents, filing, and communication
Use Google Suite to organize and manage workflows
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry tasks as needed
Assist with compliance documentation and office procedures
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in office administration or related roles
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
