General Property Maintenance

We are a retreat center and offering a part-time job for general property maintenance. He will need to help clean up the dorms and grand hall before and after retreats, lawn maintenance, monitor and report the status of the equipment.

We'd like to offer $18/h, 20-25hrs / week first, and will adjust that after 3 months.
