Property Management Company is Seeking a qualified maintenance technician to join the team.

Candidate must display professional characteristics and must interact well with Residents & Coworkers.

Candidate must have general knowledge of building Maintenance.

Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Drywall, Apartment Turnover.

Work is located throughout various sites daily. Own Tools and transportation is a must.

Pay based on experience.
