Property Maintenance Technician

Property Management Company is Seeking a qualified maintenance technician to join the team.

Candidate must display professional characteristics and must interact well with Residents and Coworkers.

Candidate must have general knowledge of building Maintenance.

Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Drywall, Apartment Turnover.

Work is located throughout various sites daily. Own Tools and transportation is a must.

Pay based on experience.
