A.M. Kitchen Manager wanted at La Mama

La Mama is a thriving new-ish spot on the easy side of Santa Fe’s Plaza, housed in a 1915 light and airy bungalow with a cozy mezzanine, a charming covered front porch, and a convivial backyard patio. We are a coffee shop + restaurant + artisanal market + natural wine bar. We are a women-owned business; the owners have traveled extensively and together have over 25 years experience in hospitality.

We are seeking a morning manager who is well-versed in working in a kitchen rooted in the seasons, with a farm-to-table menu. The role requires thoughtful organization, kind professionalism, a love for the details, and a true desire for collaboration in working with our Chef, owners, and running the A.M. team. Wine knowledge is a plus.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills:

+Experienced line cook

+Management experience with a small team

+Morning and weekend availability

+A good attitude, compassion, and a love for cooking and seeing a team grow

+Pastry/Baking skills a plus

+English + Spanish a plus

Competitive hourly plus tips

Part-time but a minimum of 4 days a week
