RANCHO DE CHIMAYÓ RESTAURANTE IS HIRING GRILL AND LINE COOKS – Rancho de Chimayó (Chimayó, NM)

Rancho de Chimayó, a landmark New Mexican restaurant, is hiring Grill and Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for someone with experience on the line, especially with grilling meats to order and managing multiple tickets during busy shifts.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience as a grill or line cook, but we will TRAIN

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Reliable, team-oriented, and punctual

Full-time position available. Must be available weekends and holidays. Come be part of a family-run restaurant with deep roots in Northern New Mexico.
