Apartment Maintenance Technician w/ HVAC Repair Experience

-Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work

-Assist with unit turnovers by preparing vacant apartments for new residents

-HVAC based repair and service

-Must be able to provide your own tools

-Must have reliable transportation

-HVAC EPA 608 refrigerant certification is preferred
