Maintenance Technician w/ HVAC Experience

-Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work

-Assist with unit turnovers by preparing vacant apartments for new residents

-Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs

-Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance
