Very busy, family owed, automotive collision repair shop, in need of an immediate hire

Candidate must be on time, reliable, friendly, self motivate, organize, work independently as well as within a team.

Excellent customer service

Answer telephone

Have professional telephone manner.

Email correspondence

Filing invoices/other paperwork

Schedule Appointments

Call Insurance Companies and follow-up calls

Be able to multitask and detail oriented

Be comfortable dealing with variety personalities

Be proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and CCC One

Have the ability to learn to understand the complexity of the business

Bilingual is preferred

Full Time Positions: Mon-Fri. (8:00 am-5:00 pm) & Sat. (8:00am-12pm)
