We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Manager to join our dynamic team at Tiger Schulmanns Elmwood Park . As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our students and leads. This is a full-time, 9-5 position where you will be responsible for handling calls, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a well-organized gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, providing excellent customer service to students and potential leads.

- Lead Communication: Make outbound calls to prospective students, following up on leads, and providing information about our classes and membership options.

- Payment Processing: Assist students with payments, membership renewals, and other financial transactions through our payment systems.

- Scheduling & Organization: Maintain an organized schedule for classes, appointments, and events. Ensure accurate record-keeping for student registrations, attendance, and payments.

- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or issues from current or prospective members.

- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, maintaining student records, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Comfortable with phone-based communication and cold calling.

- Basic knowledge of payment systems or willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
