Mashed Burgers is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the face of Mashed Burgers, ensuring every customer has a memorable dining experience. Your role will involve handling customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu options and orders.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Process orders accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions.

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the dining and service areas.

Collaborate with team members to support restaurant operations, including restocking supplies and assisting in food preparation when needed.
