Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper who excels in QuickBooks Online and possesses a strong customer service orientation. Your primary role will involve managing our invoices and bookkeeping tasks while providing excellent support to our clients. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our financial accuracy and helping to create a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks Online.

- Generate, send, and track invoices for design services, furniture, and fixtures.

- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience.

- Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reports.

- Work collaboratively with the design team to address client billing questions and concerns.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently.

- Adhere to company policies and accounting regulations to ensure compliance.

- Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes as needed.

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support company initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must; experience in an interior design firm is a plus.

- Strong customer service skills with an approachable and friendly demeanor.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.

- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous bookkeeping experience is preferred, especially in a creative or service-oriented business.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
