Looking for an experienced Kitchen Manage to join our busy, fast-casual kosher restaurant in Lakewood, NJ. We're a fast-paced, growing team and need someone who’s organized, reliable, and ready to take charge!

What You’ll Do

- Oversee daily kitchen operations and make sure everything runs smoothly.

- Manage catering orders and ensure top-notch service.

- Set up and maintain systems to keep things efficient and organized.

- Handle food costing and make sure we stay on budget.

- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver quality food consistently.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 5+ years of kitchen management experience.

- Experience in catering is a must.

- Someone who’s great at organizing and putting systems in place.

- Knowledge of food costing and controlling waste.

- Experience working in a fast-food environment is a big plus.

- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
