Senior Manager, Program Delivery

Your Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Program Delivery to join our Technology Risk & Governance team.In this role, you’ll leverage your technical skills to develop, maintain, and support innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the payments industry. From designing and building scalable systems to ensuring seamless integration with key technologies, your work will directly impact millions of users. You’ll also make an impact by: Define, implement and embed program governance and delivery framework for all ETS projects and initiatives including BAU initiatives, leveraging scalable governance based on risk and complexity.Define the program governance (controls), plan the overall program in terms of work streams, team structure and create an environment where all aspects of the programme/portfolio (progress / issues/risks / resources) are effectively managed throughout the program life cycle.Aligning the deliverable (outputs) to the programs’ outcomes and strategic benefits with the assistance and direction of the project owner.Define and manage an executive reporting timetable, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders: Reporting of projects status across the performance indicators using RAG measures along with clear, transparent and relevant communication.Leverage technical knowledge and experience to provide perspectives that support the understanding and management of program uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity and facilitate understanding using exceptionally strong communication skills.Able to create a “one team” approach across disparate members of project teams by sharing best practise and common programme/department goals.
