AD providing leadership and support to the team across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out.Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report.Measurement of all building elements for cost plan.Engage with market to obtain quotations / pricing to support cost estimate.Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.
