Turn Over Cleanings for Vacation Home

I have a small vacation home in Hampton Beach NH. We rent it from 6-1 to 9-15. I am looking for someone to do turn over cleanings. I know the dates ahead of time but would need someone who could be consistent. My renters leave by 11 and the house needs to be cleaned by 4 for same day turn over. Some days same day turn over is not scheduled so there is more flexibility. No laundry (I have an account at a local laundromat - you would need to drop off and pick up the laundry but could change the location if it is easier)
