Job Description:

As a Home Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of home repair tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to foundations, chimneys, steps and general maintenance; when needed utilizing brick, concrete, and other masonry. You will work directly with team members and customers to ensure that all jobs are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and maintenance on residential and some commercial properties

Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for repair

Communicate with clients to explain the repair process, and timelines,

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and local codes

Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition

Keep detailed records of jobs completed, parts used, and time spent

Requirements:

Proven experience in home repair, maintenance, or service (at least 2 years preferred)

Knowledge of various repair techniques, Many current skills can be transferable into this position. Common sense, diligent work ethic, and attention to detail are the success traits we are looking for.

Strong problem-solving skills to create solutions and ability to work independently

Asking questions and some research to come up with the best solutions

Ability to work from heights

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions

Certification or training in relevant areas (optional but preferred)

No drugs tolerated
