Asphalt Maintenance Team

Pay: $22-$26 per hour per hour DOE

Reports to: Asphalt Maintenance Team Lead

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License, acceptable driving record & reliable transportation

Team player who is able to communicate and work well with others

Uncompromising attention to detail

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Ability to occasionally work in a high stress - fast paced environment

Must consider safety and courtesy high priorities

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs intermittently throughout the day

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

On time for work with a positive attitude

Completes all company training requirements

Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Motivated to learn and assist other asphalt sealers with all tasks

Apply common sense to all tasks designated by Asphalt Lead or Asphalt 2

Attention to detail on all designated tasks

Utilizes basic asphalt equipment such as squeegees, brooms, buckets, rakes, pressure washers

Maintain clean jobsite, trailer and tools

Learn safe ladder and fall protection practices
