Maintenance Person

We are looking for someone with basic knowledge of handyman/maintenance skills. Preferably with knowledge of flooring installation, finish paint, tape and texture, lawn Maintenace, sprinkler repair, etc. We are looking for someone who is willing to work and willing to learn more skills.
