General handy/labor work - Temporary side hustle

Looking for a hard working person who is knowledgable and experienced on the use of basic hand tools. Work location is in Fairview Heights, IL and consists of painting (brush/roller), pressure washing, cleaning, sanding of cabinets, and other small renovation type work. Would need the majority of help on weekends.
