Seeking General Maintenance Tech - $35 an hour (St. Louis)

I have 30+ units in St. Louis that I run as an short and long term rentals. I am seeking a general maintenance person to work as needed. General timing is between 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, any day of the week.

Must have:

- 1-3 years experience

- own tools and transportation

- general knowledge regarding maintenance issues

- be comfortable with lifting equipment and supplies

- ability to text for communication

- ability to help with preventative maintenance (furnace filters, changing smoke detector batteries, etc.)

- flexibility to help with snow removal / salting, as needed

Any items that are purchased for a job will be reimbursed (with prior approval). $35 an hour and must be flexible.
