WIM CAO Customer Remediation Senior Manager
Missouri, Saintlouis, 63101 Saintlouis USAAbout this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager and will have accountability for Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Customer Remediation. This role will be the point of contact for day-to-day activities in customer remediations within WIM. Inclusive of pre-intake issue review, customer remediation intake, management of select customer remediation activities (to ensure each remediation is cared for appropriately), and management reporting of customer remediations. The responsibilities span across WIM with extensive enterprise connection.In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of senior individual contributors while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to CAO business challenges through optimization of resources and processes
Collaborate with and influence management regarding significant trends and issues, and recommend appropriate strategies or actions
Drives outcomes through engaging leaders across WIM and CAO for the functions supported
Understand, assess, and mitigate risks that span across team
Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years Management experience

Customer Remediation experience
Strategic mindset and the ability to influence change across all levels of the organization, enterprise/WIM/CAO
Experience managing high performing teams
Ability to build strong relationships and lead change across organizations not in direct authority
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry; Preferably WIM products, services, and regulatory environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with SHRP, Veritas, and IRMT systems

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
