If you are an Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will directly supervise a team of manufacturing engineers that support the Rosemount Temperature and Wireless production lines.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Foster a safety culture and drive safety training and initiatives with the team.

Directly lead and coach a team of approximately 8 manufacturing engineers

Lead processes regarding development/maintenance of equipment and manufacturing support to ensure global consistency among the world area hubs.

Ensure equipment and processes result in meeting quality expectations of the customers and adequate capacity to meet demands.

Develop and implement proposals and plans and manage resources to ensure that program and project objectives are met; work closely with other company functions to assure total program success

Evaluate and implement new technologies into manufacturing equipment and processes while launching new products globally.

Develop and maintain engineering procedures and systems that conform with engineering best practices and assure uniformity and consistency including managin a budget and providing support for factory planning.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School

Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience, including 2 or more years of direct people management experience
