BOILER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN APARTMENTS

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech sought for small scattered sites in the Twin Cities. MUST HAVE A VALID BOILERS LICENSE. In addition to boilers, skills to include pool, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, electric, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. Must own your own tools. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience and licenses for boilers and pool. This is a fast paced customer caring organization; we put our work and our customers first. On call required every 3 to 4 weeks for your region. This is a full time position; would consider multiple part-time/semi-retired persons. Our corporate office is in Eden Prairie, the position is at scattered locations in the Twin Cities. Background (BCA) check required. Apartment + hourly wage available + benefits and 401K.
