Building Maintenance Technician Needed

Maintenance Technician – Full-Time (Edina)

Erik’s Ranch & Retreats is a nonprofit community providing meaningful employment and lifelong learning opportunities for young adults with autism. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to ensure our Edina property remains safe, functional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform building and equipment maintenance

Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs

Inspect facilities and address safety or repair needs

Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with improvement projects

Prepare property for seasonal and weather changes

Qualifications:

Experience in building and facility maintenance

Extensive repair and maintenance skills

Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits:

$28 – $31/hr (based on experience)
