Location: Bogart’s Entertainment Center, Apple Valley, MN

About Us: Bogart’s Entertainment Center is a full-service entertainment venue featuring a restaurant, multiple bars, bowling lanes, live music, and outdoor volleyball. We pride ourselves on providing a fun and engaging environment for our guests.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and quality.

Develop and update menus in collaboration with the Director of Operations.

Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor food costs and work to minimize waste.

Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
