Minnesota, Minneapolis / st paul, 55401 Minneapolis / st paul USADescription We are offering an opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a top team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role primarily involves handling and organizing personal injury cases, coordinating with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical professionals, and preparing for mediation and trials. This role is an integral part of our team, assisting in the smooth functioning of our legal processes.Responsibilities: Managing and organizing personal injury case files Scheduling hearings and depositions Coordinating and arranging medical examinations for clients Obtaining and organizing medical records for case preparation Ensuring all files are well-ordered and systematically arranged Preparing and compiling necessary information for mediation and trial booklets Assisting in mediation and trial preparations Handling eFiling tasks efficiently Communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical professionals Performing additional duties as directed by the attorneyRequirements Possession of relevant skills, including Personal Injury Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation Proficiency in handling and analyzing Medical Records Ability to perform comprehensive Medical Records Analysis Experience in performing Medical Records Review Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols associated with personal injury law Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently Prior experience in a similar role, required Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal CertificationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
